Petitioner has sought for quashing of final report No.32/2020 submitted by Police after investigation of FIR No.131/2020 registered with Police Station Nihalganj, Dholpur for offences under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 506 of IPC.
Petitioner is complainant of the case. The petitioner would be at liberty to file protest petition and the learned Magistrate would proceed according to law.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
