No one appears for the petitioner. Petitioner has challenged order of cognizance dated 02.03.2016 passed in FIR No. 13/12 whereby cognizance was taken for offences under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC.
The order of cognizance was challenged before the revisional court in criminal revision No. 36/2016 which was also dismissed on 20.02.2017.
Since no one appears for the petitioner, instant petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
