Instant petitions have been filed for quashing of FIR No. 36/2023 registered with police station Kunhadi, Kota City for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 420, 504 and 34 IPC and Section 3 (1) (r), 3 (1) (s) and 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST Act.
Learned State counsel has produced police report and submits that the police is gong to submit a negative report after investigation of the case.
Considering the aforesaid development, the prayer has become infructuous at this stage. Accordingly, these instant petitions stand disposed of as having become infructuous.
