The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner-complainant with the limited prayer that the FIR No.158/2021, dated 220.4.2021 registered at Police Station Kudi Bhagtasni District Jodhpur for offences under Sections 341, 323, 143 IPC may kindly be quashed.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 23.04.2023 received from the SHO, Police Station Kudi Bhagtasni District Jodhpur. The said report is hereby taken on record.
Since the Police has already completed the investigation in the matter, in such circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.
However, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy as available in law.
