Today, learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a detailed factual report duly signed by the SHO concerned contending therein that after conducting thorough investigation, a negative FR No.208/2021 dated 20.04.2021 has been chalked out and the same has been submitted with the learned ACJM No.2, Bikaner on 10.8.2021.
In this view, nothing survives in the matter.
Accordingly, the instant miscellaneous petition is disposed of. The stay application also stands disposed of.
