The Court is aware of the dictum decided in Ex-Capt.

Harish Uppal Vs. Union of India & Anr. reported in (2003) 2

SCC 45 that such non-cooperation in judicial proceeding is not only punitive one rather the Court is empowered to proceed in the listed judicial matters according to the law even in absence of the parties and their Advocates.

The petitioner has earlier approached this court for quashing of the same FIR No. 372/2020 registered with police station

Kotwali, Jhalawar. In Sb Criminal Misc. Petition No. 6859/2021 the said application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. was dismissed on merit vide order dated 02.02.2022, evidently this is a case of sheer abuse of process of law by the petitioner.

Hence this petition is dismissed with cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited within four weeks in the Victim Compensation Fund.
