By order dated 23.08.2016, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kotputli District Jaipur, accepted the negative final report submitted by the Police in connection with FIR No.775/2013 registered with Police Station Kotputli District Jaipur for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC. The Police report was that the dispute was for property between the brothers. The petitioner challenged the said order before the Session Judge in Criminal Revision No.37/2019. On thorough examination of the facts of the case, the learned Revisional Court dismissed the revision petition.

On perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the view that no case of failure of justice is made out, hence this petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit.
