Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dt. 11.07.2023 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it is mentioned that after thorough investigation, the police has already presented chargesheet under Section 299 Cr.P.C. against the petitioner-Ravindra Singh and co-accused Deepak Arora so the present misc. petition has become infructuous.
The report so submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay petition is also dismissed.
