The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR No.0038/2019 registered at Police Station Jhab, District Jalore for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 469 of IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 02.07.2023 received from the SHO, Police Station Jhab, District Jalore wherein it has been mentioned that after investigation Police is going to submit a Final Report before the competent Court in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
