Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Investigating Agency has proposed negative final report against the petitioner.
In view of the fact that negative final report has been proposed against the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application by this Court.
In view of the above, the bail application is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach legal forum if occasion so arises.
