Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the instant criminal misc. bail application with the liberty to renew the prayer after recording of the statement of the prosecution witness Govind Ram.

Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. bail application is dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty as sought for. 4. It is apprised to this Court that he is not turning for recording of his statement.

In this view of the matter, learned trial Court shall take all coercive measures to ensure his presence before the Court and sincere endeavor shall be made to record his statement within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
