The present bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail on the ground of ailment of his mother.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted a report received from Police Station Sardar Shahar, District Churu in which it has been mentioned that petitioner’s mother is living with elder brother of the petitioner and she is not having serious illness. Therefore, the interim bail application may kindly be rejected.
In view of the above, no case for grant of interim bail is made out. Hence, the present interim bail application is hereby dismissed.
