Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.
No case for grant of anticipatory bail application is made out.
Accordingly, this bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C is rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court and file an application for bail.
It is expected from the trial Court that application of the petitioner will be decided expeditiously.
