Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
The petitioner has been arrested in FIR No.273/2020 of Police Station Bichwal, District Bikaner for the offences punishable under Sections 8/22, 8/25 & 8/29 of the NDPS Act. He has preferred this interim bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that accused petitioner has adequately been treated and advised to take rest and apart from that he is not suffering from any ailment, I am not inclined to grant interim bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the interim bail application preferred by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is rejected.
