1. This is the second application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C., preferred on behalf of the petitioner Sita Ram in connection with FIR No.106/2023 dated 25.02.2023, registered at Police Station Nayashahar, District Bikaner for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120-B of the IPC.
2. Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the bail application has become infructuous for the reason that learned court below, has enlarged the petitioner on bail.
3. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the instant second application for bail is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
