Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present bail application at this stage however, he prays that the learned trial Court may be directed to record the statement of prosecutrix at the earliest as the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, learned competent criminal court is directed to record the statement of the prosecutrix on priority basis but not beyond a period of two months from the date of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application is disposed of.
