accused-petitioner and he has been made an accused based on conjectures and surmises. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three persons were apprehended by the Police for the allegation that they were having 3 kg 630 gram opium. All the facts and circumstances of all three accused persons are same. Out of which, accused Raunak has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 02.06.2023 in S.B. Criminal IInd Bail Application No.5437/2023. The other co-accused Taslim Khan has also been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 04.07.2023 in S.B. Criminal IIIrd Bail Application No.7223/2023.
