at Police Station Chaksu, District Jaipur South Karauli offence(s) under Sections 143, 323, 341 & 307 of IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor states that information to the complainant has been sent, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of complainant.

Counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have wrongly been implicated in the present case; co-accused Gopal Gurjar has already been released on bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.10.2023 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11515/2023. It has been submitted that the case of petitioners is not different from the co-accused, petitioners are in custody for long and conclusion of trial will take considerable time, therefore, petitioners be enlarged on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail applications. 5. Having heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned public prosecutor and perused the material available on record and considering the fact that co-accused Gopal Gurjar has already been released on bail and the case of petitioners is not different from the co-accused; petitioners are in custody for long and conclusion of trial will take considerable time, but without commenting on merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release petitioners on bail.
