The instant bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 380/2023 registered at Police Station Sodala District Jaipur for the offence(s) under Sections 341, 379, 384, 120B of IPC

Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for both the sides and taking note of the fact that the matter is triable by magistrate; that the co-accused, placed on a similar footing/pedestal, has already been enlarged on bail by the court below vide order dated 21.11.2023; that the accused-applicant has been in judicial custody since 28.10.2023 and cumulatively looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case but

without commenting upon the merits/demerits, this Court is inclined to allow the instant bail application.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Ajay Meena S/o Suresh Meena shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
