Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
This is third bail application on behalf of the petitioner.
At the time of rejection of second bail application by this Court, the injured had already been examined before the trial court and now only witness Ramkaran has been examined as PW4. Counsel for the petitioner has utterly failed to point out any change in circumstances. Thus, this Court is not inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner.
Hence, the third bail application is rejected at this stage.
