Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report regarding ailment of the petitioner from the concerned doctor. The

doctor has opined that the petitioner’s condition is stable and he has already been operated for stone in urethra.
In light of the report, interim bail application has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
