Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., in which interim protection has already been granted to the petitioner, in such circumstances, he does not want to press this bail application and seeks liberty to file afresh if any occasion so arises.
Hence, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
