Present misc. application has been filed for restoration of S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.1903/2023 which was dismissed vide order dated 29.09.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 25.08.2023.

For the reasons mentioned in the application for restoration and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the

application for restoration is hereby allowed subject to deposition of Rs.1,000/- in Litigation Welfare Fund.

The Criminal Misc. Petition will be restored to its original number upon deposition of the aforesaid cost.

The defects pointed out in the misc. petition be cured by the petitioner within a period of three days.

The present misc. application is accordingly allowed.
