The instant criminal misc. application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking correction/mofification in the order dated 03.08.2023 passed in S.B. Criminal Writ Petition No.1725/2023.

It is submitted by the petitioners that in the memo of petition filed by their counsel, inadvertently, name of the petitioner No.1 has wrongly been mentioned as "Anita" whereas the name of the petitioner No.1 is "Ankita" and as such, in the cause title of the order dated 03.08.2023, in place of correct and actual name of the petitioner No.1, i.e., "Ankita", "Anita" has been incorporated. He thus, sought correction and modification of the order dated 03.08.2023 to this extent only.
I have gone through the material available on record.
After hearing petitioners and going through the material available on record, I am of the view that the prayer for correction and modification of the order dated 03.08.2023 to the extent of name of the petitioner No.1 "Ankita" is justified. Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that the name of the petitioner No.1 "Anita", as appearing in the order dated 03.08.2023 be replaced with and read as "Ankita".
