Appellant-complainant and accused-respondent are present in person. Learned counsel for both the parties are also present.
During course of argument, the matter is resolved with efforts of learned counsels for both the parties. On the basis of admission of respondent-accused made in the statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. on 07.09.2017 in Criminal Case No.121/2016 before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tonk, respondent-accused agreed to pay ₹1,50,000/- to appellantcomplainant.
As per undertaking submitted by respondent-accused and acknowledged by appellant-complainant, the matter is disposed of on following terms:-

“Respondent-accused undertakes to pay ₹1,50,000/- to appellant-complainant within six months. Aforesaid ₹1,50,000/will be paid in six monthly instalments beginning from August, 2023 to January, 2024”. Aforesaid undertaking is taken on record.
In view of compromise between the parties, aforesaid matter stands disposed. A copy of order be sent to the Trial Court with record.
