The matter comes up on an application for correction/modification in the order dated 20.12.2022. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
Due to inadvertence, in order dated 20.12.2022, passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 16127/2022, the year of the FIR has wrongly been mentioned as 2020 instead of 2022. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the order is modified to the extent that the FIR No. in the order dated 20.12.2022 be read as 45/2022 in place of 45/2020.
The application stands disposed of and this order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 20.12.2022.
