Matter comes up on an application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. for extending the time to deposit the amount of fine as imposed by the trial court vide judgment dt.27.3.1986 and affirmed by the court vide judgment dt. 13.9.2022.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per order dt. 13.9.2022, he could not deposit the amount of Rs.500/- before the trial court, hence, the time to deposit the fine amount may be extended.
Application is allowed and time to deposit the fine amount of Rs.500/- with the trial court is extended for a period of one week from today.
