Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the judgment impugned available on record.
This Court is of the opinion that there are valid and substantial grounds for grant of leave to the applicant/appellant for filing an appeal against the acquittal of the respondent Premchand vide impugned judgment.
Accordingly, the application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as an appeal and it be registered as such.
Let bailable warrant of Rs.20,000/- be issued against respondent Premchand to secure his presence before this Court on or before 02.03.2023.
List the matter on 02.03.2023.
