Despite service of notice upon respondent No.2, nobody appeared on behalf of respondent No.2.
Therefore, issue bailable warrant of Rs.25,000/- against the respondent No.2.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the judgment impugned.
This Court is of the opinion that there are valid and substantial grounds for grant of leave to appeal for filing the appeal against the impugned judgment.
Accordingly, the application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as an appeal and it be registered as such.
