On perusal of sentence part, it appears that present appellant after conviction under Section 341 IPC was sentenced to undergo imprisonment of one month whereas after conviction under Section 307 IPC he was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment of seven years along with fine of ₹2000/-.
The order further reveals that after being convicted under Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 he was awarded life imprisonment along with fine of ₹2000/-.
In view of aforesaid, though the appeal is maintainable under Section 14-A of SC/ST (POA) Act but same is required to be listed before Division Bench.
Office is directed to report and list accordingly after two weeks.
