This Court is in receipt of a letter dated 30.09.2023 sent by the Additional District & Sessions Judge No.3, Bikaner, whereby it is informed that appellant – Om Prakash S/o Shyopat Chawariya has died on 02.06.2014. A copy of the death certificate of the above-named appellant, issued by the Municipal Corporation concerned, is also annexed with the aforesaid letter of the trial court.
