Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that defects have already been removed.

This restoration application has been filed by the applicant for restoration of SB Civil Misc. Appeal No.468/2018 which stands dismissed in terms of the peremptory order dated 2.3.2020 on 14.9.2020.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection if the restoration application is allowed.

The restoration application is allowed and it is directed that the SB Civil Misc. Appeal No.468/2018 be restored to its original number.
