Vide order dated 26.07.2023 last opportunity of three weeks was granted to remove the defects pointed out by the office, with direction to the office that if the defects are not removed within the stipulated period, the matter be listed before the Court for dismissal.
Office report shows that the order dated 26.07.2023 has not been complied with and defects have not been removed.
In view of the above, the present Civil Restoration is dismissed.
