Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this civil revision petition. The only prayer made by him that trial court may be directed to decide the matter within six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

This revision petition filed by the petitioners is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial court is directed to decide the suit for compensation filed by the petitioners expeditiously but not later than six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Consequent upon, the dismissal of the revision petition, exparte interim order dated 22.03.2022 is vacated and the stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
