Mr. Hemant Dutt, learned counsel representing the Department submits that the State Government, Commercial Taxes Department has issued an order/circular dated 14.10.2022 taking a decision to withdraw/not contest litigation where the disputed amount involved is less than Rs.15 lacs. He has moved applications for withdrawal of the revision petitions on the basis of said order.
In view of the facts noted above, the revision petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.
All the pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
