For the reason stated in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 20.08.2019 passed in S.B. Civil First Appeal No.363/2015 is modified to the extent of the amount of the Court fees and the Court fees of Rs.40,111/- deposited by the appellant at the submission of appeal be refunded to him.
