Learned counsel for the appellants-applicants submitted that the present miscellaneous application, filed for recalling of the order dated 26th July, 2019 passed in the Review Petition No.146/2017, may be permitted to be withdrawn, as the parties have entered into a compromise and as such, he does not want to pursue the present miscellaneous application.
In view of the above, the present miscellaneous application is dismissed as withdrawn.
