The instant civil miscellaneous appeal is directed against the judgment and award dated 24.10.2002 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gulabpura, District Bhilwara (hereinafter referred to as the learned Tribunal) in MACT Claim Case No. 55/2001 whereby the claim application filed by the claimant-appellant under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act (for short hereinafter called; “MV Act”) was allowed in part and he was granted compensation to the tune of Rs. 700/- with interest @ 9% per annum.
