In S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.18/2001
An application had been preferred jointly by all the parties with the submission that the parties have entered into compromise and the present appeal be disposed of in terms of the said compromise.
In view of the said submission, vide order dated 19.04.2023, all the parties were directed to remain present before the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) in turn was directed to verify the compromise. On 27.04.2023, Deputy Registrar (Judicial) verified all the parties as well as the compromise as entered into between them and the same has been submitted on record.

In view of the compromise as entered into between the parties, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the said compromise. The deed of compromise as entered into between the parties would be treated to be a part of the present order.
All pending applications stand disposed of.

The Second Appeal No.18/2001 pertaining to all the parties to the present appeal has been decided today in terms of the compromise as entered into between the parties.
In view of the same, the present appeal also stands disposed of .
