Appeal has been filed by the appellantInsurance Company against the judgment and award dated 02.07.2015 passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Additional District and Sessions Judge No.1), Abu Road, District Sirohi in Motor Accident Claim Case No.18/2014 whereby the learned Tribunal has awarded a compensation of Rs.8,39,000/along with interest @ 6% from the date of filing of the claim petition in favour of the respondent-claimants.
