appellant and hence, he sought permission to withdraw the present appeal. However, he prayed for refund of the Court fees as filed in the present appeal.
In view of the submission made, the permission as prayed for is granted.
The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The Court fees is ordered to be refunded back to the appellant. The certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry to learned counsel for the appellant.
