The present petition arises out of the order dated 04.01.2020 passed by Division Bench of this Court in the case of the petitioner, whereby the appeal of the petitioner was disposed of in terms of order dated 09.08.2019 passed in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.1733/2018 (Virendra Kumar & Ors Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors and connected appeals).
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents in accordance with the directions of the Division Bench.

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the case of the petitioner was considered on the basis of the eligibility, qualification and age criteria prescribed in the advertisement. The petitioner belongs to Schedule Caste category. The petitioner despite having been granted relaxation of age was found to be age barred.
We do not find anything in the order dated 04.01.2020 which decides that the petitioner would be treated as eligible on age criteria. The order on the basis of which the appeal was disposed of, deals with the situation where a reserve category candidate, who had availed relaxation, was allowed to migrate in the general category. It was held that such migration was not permissible and those reserve category candidate, who had availed relaxation has to be excluded from merit list of the general category candidate.
In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed. All pending applications also stand dismissed.
