This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for not making full compliance of the order dt. 05.09.2018 passed by this court in S.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.1055/2016.
During the course of arguments, learned AAG for the respondents submits that he is going to hand over a cheque No.426701 Rs.1,00,000/- to be drawn at State Bank Of India in the name of the petitioner today itself. He has handed over a copy of the aforesaid cheque to the court master of this court which is taken on record.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
Notices stand discharged.
