Inviting attention of this Court towards the different orders appended with the reply to the contempt petition, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in pursuance of direction of this Court dated 23.07.2012, contempt whereof is alleged, to comply with the judgment of the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal dated 09.11.2011, the petitioner has been paid benefit of all selection grades i.e. 9, 19 & 27 counting her service from the date of her first appointment. Referring to the cheque dated

17.09.2014 for a sum of Rs.5,61,396/-, he submits that arrears have also been paid to the petitioner. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt petition.

From the office orders appended with the reply to the contempt petition, this Court is satisfied that the direction of this Court dated 23.07.2012 has substantially been complied with.
In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed.
