pending departmental enquiry was issued on 19.01.2018 and vide letter dated 01.02.2018, the Medical Superintendent, S.R. Goyal Government Hospital, Sethi Colony, Jaipur remitted the pension papers to the Pension Department. The Pension Department vide letters dated 09.02.2018 & 13.03.2018 pointed out certain deficiencies/raised objections in the pension papers of the petitioner. In pursuance thereof, letters dated 23.03.2018 & 03.04.2018 were issued to the petitioner and also to the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer (for brevity “the RPSC) by the respondents regarding objections raised by the Pension Department. The respondents received the information from the RPSC on 07.04.2018 and after completion of the objections raised by the Pension Department, fresh case of the petitioner for grant of pension was again forwarded to the Pension Department vide letter dated 12.04.2018. Again certain objections were raised with regard to extra payment made to the petitioner to the extent of ₹1,66,744/- in September, 2017 which was brought to the notice of the petitioner on 07.05.2018. After receipt of the amended cheque in respect of the aforesaid sum on 18.05.2018 which was presented in the bank on 19.05.2018 and after completion of all the objections raised by the Pension Department, pension case of the petitioner was again sent to the department on 22.05.2018. He submits that the petitioner has been paid all his retiral benefits by January, 2019 by the Pension Department. He further submits that after remitting the pension papers to the Pension Department in May, 2018, delay, if any, occurred on the part of that department which is not a party respondent herein.
