Heard.

Respondent is present in the Court. He submits that there was no intention to flout the order of the Court. When he approached the bank, it was informed that entire amount cannot be allowed to be deposited in the account of the wife.

Be that as it may, as the respondent is willing to issue a cheque today itself in the name of his wife for payment of Rs.1,50,000/- out of arrears from the month of November, 2021 to January, 2023 and pay the balance of arrears within five equal monthly installments and also undertakes that he would be paying monthly maintenance regularly in future, this contempt petition, at this stage, is disposed off with the following conditions:-

(1) the respondent shall handover the cheque drawn in the name of his wife—Anita Joshi to the learned counsel for the appellant today itself.

(2) Out of balance of Rs.75,000/- being arrears, the same shall be paid in five equal monthly installments.

(3) the respondent shall ensure regular payment of monthly payment of Rs.15,000/-.
