Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents have filed an additional affidavit with document Annexure-R/1 dt. 24.11.2018 wherein it has been mentioned by Director, Technical Education that pursuant to the order dt. 29.2.2016, the petitioner has been granted selection grade and pay band IV and accordingly payment has been deposited in the bank account of the petitioner.
None is present on behalf of the petitioner to deny the aforesaid fact.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
