“None for the petitioner even in second round. Defects have not been cured for last more than 38 months despite opportunity. However, in the interest of justice, the petitioner is granted one more opportunity to present his case. List the matter tomorrow i.e. on 26.04.2023 as “tenth case” in the cause list.”
None is present for the petitioner even in second round today
as well.
In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
