This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non compliance of the order dated 30.11.2015 passed by this Court in S. B. Civil Writ Petition No.3308/2014.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents do not want to file reply of the rejoinder. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that the substantial compliance has been made by the respondents and granted senior scale to the petitioner in compliance of order dated 30.11.2015.
In this view of the matter, this contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
Notices stand discharged.
However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy at appropriate level.
