Inviting attention of this Court towards the orders dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure-CR/1), dated even (Annexure-CR/2), dated 10.07.2018 (Annexure-CR/3), dated 10.07.2018 (AnnexureCR//4), dated 12.04.2019 (Annexure-CR/5) & dated 13.03.2023 (Annexure-CR/6), learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner was given promotion to the post of Lecturer (Physics) and further promotion alongwith consequential benefits

after conducting review DPC. He, therefore, prays for dismissal of the contempt petition.
None for the petitioner even in the second round. None appeared on his behalf on last two dates also, i.e., 14.03.2023 & 28.02.2023.
The Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur has, vide order dated 06.02.2015, contempt whereof is alleged, directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Lecturer (Physics) after conducting review DPC and to extend him further promotion if found eligible with all consequential benefits. A perusal of the compliance report dated 14.03.2023 alongwith documents appended therewith reveals that after conducting review DPC, the petitioner was extended benefit of promotion to the post of Lecturer (Physics) and further promotion with all consequential benefits in pursuance of direction of this Court dated 06.02.2015.
In view thereof, this Court is satisfied that there has been substantial compliance of the order dated 06.02.2015.
The contempt petition is dismissed accordingly.
The notices are discharged.
